Stillwagon Studios

Gulfport, Florida resident and internationally known artist Keith Stillwagon was commissioned to paint the highly visible sign for the new Gulfport establishment, Domain Food and Spirits. The sign overlooks the corner of Beach and Shore Blvds and faces the famous historical Gulfport Casino.

Keith Stillwagon has completed his latest work, "Tudor - Bacon - Shakespeare".
This masterpiece, commissioned by an anonymous source on June 6th, 2007, is dedicated to Lawrence Gerald creator of www.Sirbacon.org, in celebration of the recent 10 Year Anniversary of SirBacon.org which happened on October 10th of this year.
The painting honors the great Sir Francis Bacon and proclaims his secret Royal Birth to Queen Elizabeth I, the "Virgin Queen." Keith has placed a Tudor crown that Elizabeth wore upon the head of Bacon.
Keith has also included subtle symbolic hints that Bacon was the true author of the Shake-speare works.
As Shake-speare says so eloquently in Sonnet 105, lines 13 and 14:
Fair, kind, and true, have often lived alone.
Which three till now, never kept seat in one.
The three-in-one is now immortalized in Keith Stillwagon's painting --
"Fair" is Tudor, the secret son to Queen Elizabeth I and Robert Dudley.
"Kind" is William Shake-speare, the enigmatic poet.
"True" is Bacon who began his famous essays with "Of Truth."
The three names never kept seat in one, until October 14, 2007.
This painting marks the public's "Crowning of Sir Francis Bacon" some 400 years overdue.
